Create a Blog using Blogger and publish in it a summary of the legal framework of the use of ICT in the ESO
This task has several parts:

The first one consists on the
creation of a Blog that will be used from now on in the rest of the activities.
There are several ways to do it, but we will create a blog using Blogger, which
needs a Google account
· Write a summary of the legal
framework of ICT in ESO, in order to get awareness of the importance of
integrating ICT skill in our teaching work. This document will be published in
